I am a San Angelo based photographer specializing in baby, children, and family portraits. I love to make images you want on your walls, the ones that will always take you back to that time in your life. I'm a mother to two little boys, and a wife to an Air Force man. I hope to meet you and make art of your world!

Denver Family Photographer - Homecoming Session
Three times a year I offer a free deployment or homecoming family session. They are near and dear to my heart since I share the staus of military spouse. What I don't share is having my husband leave me and our child for 6 months to a year or more, like these families do. This was my last one of the year and it was so much fun. We even saw a herd of deer on our way out, which was terrifying and cool. I asked everyone if they were going to charge us and my answer was a bunch of laughs. I guess that was a no. :)
I have two open spots for the 2013 year so if you or anyone you know may be interested please contact me for a chat or more information.

Denver Newborn Photographer
Most people who know me know how much I love family sessions when a new little one arrives. There is just something about that first two weeks when everyone is getting to know this new person and love is just everywhere. I just love it. This 'lil beauty was the most alert newborn I have ever seen! It was a rare moment for her and sleep. I was glad to capture a few of those moments before she was up and ready to look around again. Just too cute!

Fall family portrait outfit guide
Almost everything here was from Old Navy and similar stores. Rather inexpensive but nice looking and can be used throughout the fall and winter seasons over and over again.

I love all my clients, I really do. :) They all bring with them a different family dynamic, jokes, stories, and more. To all the people I have had the great joy in capturing memories of in the past, I wanted to make a super special deal just for you! This is my thank you for all your support, smiles, hugs, laughter, all of it. New clients can still book the holiday mini session at the regular price, which is still a great deal! Prints are half off, cd images are $20 off, and all additional products are 25% off. Have a wonderful holiday season and hope to see you all very soon!

Sometimes when something tragic happens to another family it is enough for me to say, thank you God. Thank you that I am sitting here with the son and husband that I have, that we are healthy and happy. Life does not need to be filled with perfect things other than these two for me to know that I am complete. Life will never get better than when we are together.

the first haircut

"Mom, it's time we talked. I'm 11 months old now. I know, I know, don't tear up again. Do you see my hair? It's cray zee. I look like I have no parents, which I do. I have two. Can we fix this?"

"Do you really like seeing this every morning, do you? You spend like 10 minutes trying to comb out this rat-nest while trying not to tear out the skin attached to my scalp. Thanks for that btw."

"Isn't this way better? I look pretty dang good first thing in the am, if I do say so myself."

"Let's face it, I'm a straight-up handsome man!"
And that's the story of Ollie's first haircut. I never dreamed I would have a baby born with so much hair that at 11 months old he'd get actual inches of hair cut off, but I do. I have to say I missed that fauxhawk tons.
